Hiroyuki Nakao
Hiroyuki Nakao hails from Tokyo and graduated from Japan University with Art/Broadcasting major. His series "Steam Head" ("Steam Kacho") showcased his unique style of "Live-Animation" and won the grand prix award at 1998 MTV Station ID contest.
In 2000, Nakao was tapped as one of eight rising new directors by Saatchi & Saatchi at the 2000 Cannes Advertising festival. Over the past few years, he has carried away a plethora of awards, including another GRAND PRIX in the Short Shorts Film Festival 2004, show at Promax/BDA, onedotzero and RES.
